Application: The KI Climate Board is applied to the interior surfaces of all heating, cooling, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. The boards should be adhered together without any gaps to ensure a watertight seal.

Suggestions and Warnings: Before insulation, the installation and assembly of the mechanical heating, cooling, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment should be completed. The application surfaces must be cleaned of dust, dirt, grease, etc., and necessary precautions against corrosion must be taken. During application, excessive pressure should not be applied to maintain the continuity of insulation performance, and the mechanical ventilation duct should not be loose. Working in hot and poorly ventilated areas can be dangerous. The boards should be prepared on flat surfaces that provide full support. A safety harness should be worn during applications conducted under high pressure.

Packaging and Storage: It is presented in compressed packages with PE protective film. The product characteristics and suitability warnings are displayed with pictograms on the PE package. Products that will be stored on-site for a longer period should be labeled with logos and stored in covered, dry, and moisture-free environments, and packages should not come into direct contact with the ground.
